A Little About Me

Hi, I’m Paula! Caring for others has always been part of who I am. With over 21 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with people who have dedicated their lives to helping others. That journey inspired me to create Helping Hand for Seniors – a personal service built on compassion, trust, and genuine care.

I understand how hard it can be when your family is abroad, or when you simply want peace of mind knowing your loved ones back home in Cape Town are cared for. Many seniors are fiercely independent, but everyone appreciates a friendly chat, a helping hand with errands or various chores, or a bit of
companionship during the day.

My goal is to make life easier and brighter for seniors and their families – bringing comfort, connection, and kindness to every visit. I believe in treating every client like family, with patience, respect, and a warm heart.

I understand that aging comes with unique challenges, and I am committed to providing care that respects dignity while promoting independence. My personal approach ensures that every care plan is tailored to the individual needs and preferences – helping seniors remain comfortable, safe, and thriving in their own homes.
